I'm from Murfreesboro, TN.  I graduated from Blackman High School where I was the president of Key Club and I am an only child.

It's my first year at ETSU and my major is health science with a concentration in microbiology. My future goal is to become a neurosurgeon.

I joined CKI because I loved Key Club and I wanted to continue serving my home, school, and community.

I am originally from Eugene Oregon but I moved to Clarksville Tennessee about three years ago. I am half Japanese and half white. I am also an only child. I love hanging with my friends, traveling, going to concerts, and listening to music.
This is my first year in CKI and I am currently undeclared but I am thinking about a major in communication studies and a minor in international affairs. My future goal is to go to every single country in the world.
I joined CKI to develop good leadership skills and to serve and help my community.

I am majoring in Biology and want to become a physician's assistant.

I joined CKI due to my passion for volunteering and helping others. I wanted to find a way to get involved in a new area to me.

“I’m from Chattanooga, Tennessee, but I was born in Davao City, Philippines. I’m the oldest of three children, and the first in my family to go to college here in the U.S.

I’m a sophomore here at ETSU striving (hopefully) to become a Pediatrician one day. I major in Biology with a minor in Art.

I joined CKI because it sounded like a fun and interesting way to be involved at school and here in the community.”

I'm originally from Knoxville, but I moved to Rogersville when I was four. I am the oldest of four, and I have eleven cats.  I enjoy working at summer camp and listening to music.
I am in my third year here at ETSU. I am studying Elementary Education with a minor in ASL. My dream is to teach overseas, and eventually teach literacy or deaf education (or both).
I joined Circle K because my whole life has been around the Kiwanis family. I grew up going to Key Club meetings my Mom sponsored. In high school, I served as VP for one year, and President for two. I love this organization!!

"I am from Benton, TN – close to Chattanooga since most don’t know where that is – and back home I manage a rafting and zip line company. I have 9 siblings, long story, and love spending time with my friends and getting to know new people.
I am a sophomore pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies on a Pre-Law track. As far as future plans go, I’m hoping law school at George Washington University in DC working in criminal defense.
I joined CKI to expand my leadership skills and get more involved in the local community and give back."

"I'm from a small farm town in Indiana. I just graduated from Ball State University (chirp, chirp!). I have one older sister who just got married and who was also in Key Club back in the day.

I'm entering my first year of graduate school for Audiology at ETSU and want to run a nonprofit that focuses on the deaf community needs in the future.

I joined CKI to get involved in my community and help others in need."

“I was born in Ohio but moved to Tennessee right before I turned two. I have an older brother and a border collie/black lab dog who loves to bark.

I'm double majoring in Political Science and International Affairs, and I want to eventually end up in policymaking.

I joined Circle K because after being in Key Club I couldn't imagine leaving the Kiwanis family. It's so much fun serving with other people who care so much about the world around them.”

I was born in Wichita Kansas but moved to Bluff City, TN when I was nine. Bluff City is basically a small town between Johnson City and Bristol (the place with the Speedway and Black Bird). I am the youngest of 4 siblings. I enjoy spending time with my friends and also making new ones. I love humor and try to make everyone laugh as much as possible.

I’m a sophomore majoring in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Sociology. My plans after my undergraduate days is undecided at this point but I know graduate school is a main goal.

I joined CKI because I was heavily involved in my Key Club in high school. I loved the community I had with my fellow members and our ability to serve those around us and wanted to continue the experience in college.

Hi, my name is Skyler Herring, and I am a freshman at ETSU.  I am originally from Murfreesboro TN, which is where I went to K-12 and graduated from Siegel High School. I moved to Johnson City to pursue a goal in dental hygiene and/or nursing. My goals are to obtain my degree, and use it to provide a balanced lifestyle for a future family, and to also try and help in non-profit organizations in any way I can. I joined CKI to start off on a path towards regular service work within the community around me.
